A Constellation of Doubt
Farscape Episode Review
In which it's a shame there are no green people in South America.
What Happened
John is upset when he sees a television show of the alien visit to Earth. The host of the show spends as much time as they can arguing that Earth is under threat from the aliens. All the footage they use is edited to emphasize violence and chaos.
Noranti bashes religion for a while. Aeryn gets tripped up by a question about whether she could procreate with a human male. Then, they trot out the Sheriff that Noranti and D'Argo picked on when they went back in time. He claims that the aliens sabotaged our space shuttle program and installed tiny chips in our brains that instruct us to eat fatty foods. The host encourages investigation and quarantine if they come back again.
On Moya, John is convinced that he has heard the name "Katratzi" (the Scarran base where Aeryn will be) before. When Sikozu cannot find it, he attacks her, before he finally realizes where he knows the name from. He heard it in an unrealized reality while inside the wormhole. He asks Moya to turn around and go back to the wormhole to Earth.
John goes to Scorpius. He swears that if Scorpius helps him get Aeryn back, John will give him all he knows about wormholes.

- Watch out for the rats. They go for the young ones first.
- Killing is part of life. What's hypocritical is to condemn it and then make allowances.
- Religions are grand lofty ideals. Religious followers are another thing.
- Sugar is used as a poison where Rygel comes from.
- Sikozu is not ET.
- Everything lives and everything dies, whether John wishes it or not.
- John doesn't care about the things Scorpius cares about.
What Did I Think?
Great work on the documentary. I would have assumed it was a clip show, but they put a lot of effort into new footage.
