Terra Nova

Stephen Spielberg produces this honest-to-goodness science fiction epic show. But it airs on FOX, so it's anyone's guess whether it will last through November sweeps.

The story of humanity's attempt to start over by going back in time. Seems we trashed the planet or something. Mixed in is a healthy dose of TV family drama which you are free to ignore in favor of great special effects, good action, and Stephan Lang trying to look trustworthy.
